It is a Google App that will provide your needs in creating,editing and sharing others on the web. This Google App is connected to the Google Drive it is an storage app that save all your documents that you can access it anywhere. But first you need to create your Google Account before you started using Google Docs.


Google Docs will provide more insights that will help you to share through Activity Dashboard in Google Docs , Sheets, and Slides. 

Advantages of Google Docs

• More actionable - when it comes to share your email with your collaborators it is easy and quickly responds.

• More useful - it can be more useful and really help you. Users can see viewing patterns over time.

• Accessibility - it can access the database 24/7 whenever you have an internet connection.This kind of flexibility is very helpful, particularly for us students who are often studying and learning from mobile devices.

• Easy to Learn - it is very easy to pick up. It has something different with a word processor such as Word, Excel, etc. within Google Docs you will learn how to use the different options.

• Free - it is a Google App  that is free program to use.

• Import/Export - giving you the flexibility you need when sending and receiving files from colleagues.

Disadvantages of Google Docs

• Weak Presentation Program - Google Docs' presentation program does not have a variation of styles/themes,templates,charts/graphs and slide transitions unlike the PowerPoint.

• Internet Access Required - Google Docs is available 24/7 anywhere there is internet access. This also means, no internet access, no Google Docs.
